Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Commissions.quest. By registering an account or using the platform in any capacity you agree to be bound by these terms.
Commissions.quest is an affiliate marketing marketplace that connects Promoters (businesses and individuals who list products and services) with Affiliates (marketers who refer customers in exchange for commissions). The platform is operated by Commissions.quest and accessible at commissions.quest and ixl.commissions.quest.
The platform has two user account types:
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@commissions.quest.
The following types of campaigns, promotions, products, and services are strictly prohibited on Commissions.quest. Violations will result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund:
Commissions.quest reserves the right to reject, remove, or suspend any campaign or account at its sole discretion if it determines content violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate for the platform, regardless of whether it falls within the explicit categories listed above.

Commission rates are set by individual Promoters and displayed on each campaign. Commissions are subject to a hold period (currently 30 days) before becoming payable. Commissions may be voided for refunded, fraudulent, or disputed transactions. Payouts are processed via Stripe to your connected bank account. A minimum payout balance of $100 applies.
Commissions.quest is not responsible for non-payment by Promoters. However, we reserve the right to suspend Promoter accounts that fail to maintain adequate funds for affiliate payouts.
Promoter accounts require a monthly subscription (currently $24.95/month). The subscription is billed monthly through Stripe. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current subscription period. Campaigns associated with a cancelled subscription will be deactivated.
A platform fee is charged to Promoters on all sales generated through the platform. This fee is tracked automatically. The current platform fee rate is disclosed in the platform dashboard and is subject to change with 30 days notice to active Promoters.
When a chargeback or payment dispute is filed against a sale attributed to your account, Commissions.quest will notify you by email with a payment link to resolve the outstanding amount. You are required to respond to chargeback notifications promptly.
Failure to resolve a chargeback within the timeframe stated in the notification email may result in suspension of your account until the balance is settled. Repeated or unresolved chargebacks may result in permanent termination of your account. Commissions.quest reserves the right to offset any unresolved chargeback amounts against pending commission payouts where applicable.
By uploading banners, images, or other creative materials to the platform you grant Commissions.quest a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the campaign marketplace. You retain ownership of your content and represent that you have the right to upload it.
Your privacy is important to us. By using Commissions.quest you consent to the collection and use of your information as described below.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Financial records including commission history, payout records, and platform fee records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and accounting purposes, even after account closure. You may request deletion of non-financial personal data by contacting support@commissions.quest.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
Promoters can see aggregate click and conversion data for their campaigns but cannot see individual affiliate personal information beyond what is necessary for commission disputes.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and rate-limited login attempts. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@commissions.quest. We will respond within 30 days.
Promoters and Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on income earned through the platform. Commissions.quest provides CSV export tools to assist with record keeping. We may request tax identification information as required by applicable law.
Commissions.quest is not responsible for the failure of any Promoter to pay commissions owed to Affiliates. The platform facilitates the tracking and recording of commissions but does not guarantee payment by Promoters. Affiliates acknowledge this risk and agree that any dispute regarding unpaid commissions is between the Affiliate and the Promoter. Commissions.quest may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate Promoter accounts with outstanding unpaid commission balances.
If an Affiliate account is suspended, cancelled, or becomes inactive, their referral codes will be deactivated. Where a Promoter's campaign remains active, referral traffic previously attributed to that Affiliate may be redirected to a platform house account. Promoters will be notified of any change in payee associated with their campaigns.
Affiliates acknowledge that upon departure from the platform any banners or referral links they have placed will cease to function and should be removed from their websites and marketing materials.
When a Promoter cancels their subscription, does not renew, or is removed from the platform, all campaigns associated with that Promoter will be immediately deactivated. All affiliate referral links and banners associated with those campaigns will stop working at that time. Affiliates who were actively promoting those campaigns will be notified by email and should promptly remove all associated banners and links from their websites and marketing channels.
Promoters choosing to cancel their subscription acknowledge and accept that this action will render all affiliate promotional materials for their campaigns non-functional. Commissions.quest bears no responsibility for any impact this may have on Affiliate earnings or traffic.
Commissions.quest may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Affiliates may close their account at any time via the Close Account option in their account Settings page. Upon closure any commissions that have passed the hold period will be paid out; commissions still within the hold period may be forfeited.
Promoters may cancel their subscription at any time via the Settings page. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current subscription period. All campaigns will be deactivated upon cancellation and affiliate referral links will stop functioning as described in Section 17.
Commissions.quest strives for maximum uptime and reliability. While we target 99% availability, temporary interruptions may occur due to factors beyond our control including hosting infrastructure issues, third-party service outages, or network conditions.
Commissions.quest reserves the right to temporarily suspend or interrupt services for scheduled upgrades, routine maintenance, or emergency repairs. Where possible, maintenance windows will be announced in advance. We are not liable for any losses or disruptions resulting from temporary service interruptions.
All account data, campaign data, and financial records are backed up on a regular basis. In the event of data loss due to a system failure, we will make reasonable efforts to restore data from the most recent available backup.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Commissions.quest does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the platform at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commissions.quest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Commissions.quest and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Commissions.quest may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active account holders by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
